A research from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Protection tested eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five in the UAE and a few from Turkey. It uncovered that all 8 samples were being deemed "faulty". Five on the merchandise sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which is not permitted in products labelled "chocolate"
